Oil spillages: what to do.

Identify hazardous chemicals and understand the dangers.

Explain location of tools and their proper use.

 

Bicycle Controls

Identification of controls: Handlebars

                                                 Pedals

                                                 Seat

                                                 Levers

Identification of major Components:    Frame

                                                                    Wheels

                                                                    Chain

                                                                    Gears

Basic tools exercise:  Remove and refit front and rear wheels

 

Week 2:

 Introduction to Brakes

Introduction to:   Braking systems

                                     Steering

Practical exercise:  Remove and refit front brake blocks

                                        Inspect braking system.

Week 3: 

Servicing and Maintenance.

Four Stroke and Two stroke cycles
